Program Manager (Supv Program Manager)

 

ERG Environmental Services is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead building work standards, assigning staff & schedules; supervising all personnel, policies, procedures, and goals of the firm. The PM will also be responsible for the overall project plan, project performance, and client satisfaction on multiple project tasks. The PM is the Point of Contact to the Government’s Contracting Officer. This position is full time and based out of ERG’s Livonia, MI facility.

Must Have Qualifications:

  • Ten (10) years of experience managing programs/projects similar to the areas identified for potential study/evaluation in this solicitation;
  • Five (5) years of supervisory experience for each of the key personnel types listed below
  • A Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related program is highly preferred
  • Or Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related program from an accredited
  • university
  • Possess a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, certified by the Project

Management Institute (PMI), or an equivalent certification accredited by the American National Standards

Institute (ANSI), throughout the contract period of performance.

 

Sr. Project Leader (Project Manager) – ERG is seeking an experienced Project Leader/Manager to lead task orders as the technical expert. This position is full time and based out of ERG’s Livonia, MI facility.

 

Your skillset:

  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Leading teams comprised of professional and administrative employees
  • Building alignment among the workforce in both technical and contracting arenas
  • Thorough technical knowledge and understanding of the Army Corps of Engineers, the military services, the Department of Defense Agencies, and non-DoD Federal Agencies and their business operations and regulatory guidance as they relate to the potential subject areas throughout the contract period of performance.
  • Experience in USACE Mega Project Tenets

 

*Supervisory experience is highly preferred.

 

Must Have Qualifications:

  • Ten (10) years of experience managing programs/projects similar to the area identified for potential study/evaluation by the solicitation;
  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university related to the areas of work identified in this solicitation
  • Possess a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) or an equivalent certification accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) throughout the contract period of performance is required.

 

Jr. Project Leader (Project Manager) – ERG is seeking a Project Manager to lead task orders as a recognized technical expert. The Project Leader is the lead for a task order as a recognized technical expert. This position is full time and based out of ERG’s Livonia, MI facility.

The Sr. Engineer will also provide support to the customer as requested by the Program/Project Manager. This position is full time and based out of ERG’s Livonia, MI facility.

 

Your skillset:

  • Knowledge of Management methods and processes or experience leading project teams.
  • Experience with engineering concepts, principles, and methods.
  • Knowledge and skills sufficient to direct the planning, design, cost engineering, construction, and environmental considerations for diverse, complex engineering projects.
  • Experience working for a federal agency as a federal civil servant employee or as a contracted employee is highly preferred.

 

Must Have Qualifications:

  • Ten (10) years of experience performing work similar to the areas identified for potential study/evaluation by this solicitation
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Engineering or Architecture

Technician (Engineering Technician) – ERG is seeking an experienced Engineering Technician. To provide support for editing materials for reports, manuals, briefings, and related scientific, technical, and functional publications and is ultimately responsible for delivering a finished product to the Corps. The technician works closely with Technical Writers and Publications Managers to enhance production capabilities, improve quality and technical assurance, and presentation ready materials to the client. This position is full time and based out of ERG’s Livonia, MI facility.

 

Your skillset:

  • Assisting engineers to implement process improvements associated with the use of personnel, materials, and machines effectively in factories, stores, healthcare organizations, repair shops, and offices;
  • Preparing machinery and equipment layouts
  • Planning workflows
  • Conducting statistical production studies and Analyzing costs
  • Experience working for a federal agency as a federal civil servant employee or as a contracted employee is highly preferred.

 

Must Have Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Industrial Engineering Technology or related engineering technology field
  • Five (5) years of experience performing work in support of potential areas of studies/evaluations identified by this solicitation.

 

Research Assistant (Industrial Engineer)- – ERG is seeking an Industrial Engineer to assist research investigators by performing moderately complex research, various clerical and editorial duties, as well ass compiling processes and analyzing data. This position is full time and based out of ERG’s Livonia, MI facility.

 

Your skillset:

  • Knowledge and experience of management and engineering concepts, principles, and methods.
  • Knowledge and skill sufficient to direct or perform complex engineering analyses, studies, and assessments regarding the processes and process improvements for a broad variety of technical policies, processes, systems, tools, techniques, personnel, and performances related to missions, roles, and organizations that are part or related to the USACE and other DoD agencies.
  • Experience working for a federal agency as a federal civil servant employee or as a contracted employee is highly preferred.

 

Must Have Qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of experience performing process improvement analysis of business and management processes associated with the potential areas of study/evaluation identified by this solicitation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from an accredited university.

 

Administrative Support (Administrative Assistant) – ERG is seeking an Administrative Assistant to assists the Program Manager and Project Leader by producing financial, administrative, and management reports for resource planning, meetings, and client briefings. Administrative Support staff must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office products such as Scheduler, Word, and Excel.

 

Your skillset:

  • Proficient in performing clerical duties and assisting/supporting other key personnel in the performance their roles
  • Knowledgeable in the use of standard office equipment such as copiers, facsimile machines, phones, personal computers/printers/scanners, and other information technology hardware and various software.
  • Skillful spreadsheets, databases, PowerPoint, and word processing software.
  • Highly skilled at assembling, formatting, and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Effective at scheduling, coordinating and organizing meetings
  • Efficient in implementing internal controls and record management processes.
